Empowering Youth Voices on National Child Day
Working with Overlap, UNICEF Canada adapted one of their most important national events, engaging youth at every stage.
Change Summits with UNICEF Canada’s One Youth
In collaboration with UNICEF Canada’s One Youth team, Overlap delivered a series of two-day facilitated workshops called Change Summits in cities across Canada, including Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton, Whitehorse, and Calgary.
Service Design with Gore Mutual Insurance
Although Gore Mutual has a 97% customer satisfaction rating, the company still saw room to improve customers’ experiences with insurance claims. Acknowledging changing customer expectations and needs, Gore sought to learn about the experiences of its customers throughout the claims journey and find opportunities for improvement.
Co-Creating Wellbeing in New York State
Overlap and the Foundation collaboratively planned a project that would use a human-centred design approach to educate providers on the role trauma plays in maternal and early childhood health and improve services available to mothers and young children.
Engagement & Strategic Priorities with City of Stratford
The City of Stratford identified a need to bring the perspectives of its diverse citizens into its municipal planning process. In early 2019, the City of Stratford embarked on a project to develop citizen-informed Strategic Priorities, which would inform the City’s direction over the next three years.
