Tracy Jolliffe
Business Development Coordinator
As the Business Development Coordinator, Tracy leads the development of proposals that align with the needs of our clients. She coordinates the end-to-end proposal process—coordinating team members around proposal approaches and manages submissions.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Recreation and Business from the University of Waterloo. With 15+ years of deep experience in event and program management, Tracy also supports finance, people and culture and IT initiatives for all Overlappers. At work and after work, Tracy is passionate about exploring opportunities for simple, open-ended play—think arts and crafts with boxes and masking tape—for kids and adults. She believes we could all do with more tinkering, scribbling, and writing in our lives.
