With 10 years of experience as a professional communicator, engagement and strategy facilitator, mentor, and coach, Cherise helps organizations build capacity for change by delivering compelling, empathetic, research-driven action plans. Her passion for design is informed by her experience working with diverse audiences to develop strategies and initiatives within the public and private sectors. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive environment where all voices are heard and all assumptions are challenged.
