Anna works as a Designer within the Overlap team. Anna uses her experience in public and not-for-profit consulting with her background in UX Design as a strong foundation for her role. Her drive for social and environmental justice, intersectional problem solving, and co-creation bring meaning and passion to her work. Using Human-Centered Design, Anna focuses on developing and delivering trauma-informed engagement strategies, distilling engagement and research findings and supporting strategy development with clients. Anna holds a Bachelor of Design in User Experience Design from Wilfrid Laurier University.
