How it works
Overlap’s coaches work 1:1 or in small groups with organizational or team leaders by asking cogent questions and introducing frameworks and exercises to support them to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
The Design Process
Process coaching helps further your design thinking practices. On-going coaching support after a training session, to help you apply and deepen your understanding of design thinking tools, processes, and frameworks.
Wayfinding and Navigating Complex Problems
We use our design expertise to guide organizations through problems they are currently facing. Through our coaching, we help apply design tools and principles to projects in-progress.
