Tamara is known for leading transformation projects with municipal organizations and nonprofits across Canada; she thrives at finding innovative solutions to complex problems. With nearly two decades of experience leading organizations through strategic initiatives, Tamara has transformed social service service delivery organizations across Canada; and facilitated engagement processes for the Bereaved Families of Ontario’s strategic plan; the City of Hamilton’s Housing Action Plan, the Region of Waterloo’s Early Years and Child Care Expansion Plan & Equity Strategy; Poverty Reduction Strategy; Wellbeing Strategy; among others; and Aboriginal Health Human Resource Initiatives, in a joint project between the Assembly of First Nations and Health Canada.
