As Overlap Canada’s Principal, Business Insights and Operations, Steve works with clients to build deep and meaningful connections during every step of their experience with the Overlap team. Steve has a passion for applying design to complex problems that support better outcomes for organizations while ensuring that clients feel engaged and confident in the experience. He brings experience from a variety of sectors, including municipal government, healthcare and arts and culture organizations.

Since joining Overlap, Steve has facilitated strong communication and dialogue with Overlap’s many clients—Health Foundation for Western and Central New York, Suncor Energy, UNICEF Canada among others—to ensure they are satisfied with project outcomes while remaining involved in a collaborative, productive way. 

Before joining Overlap, Steve gained experience in strategy and management across the public and private sectors. Steve holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo.
