Marilyn is a Designer at Overlap. She brings experience from the fields of patient-centred healthcare and community development. She has a passion for applying qualitative and participatory research methods to solve social problems, and loves to see other people catch on to the human-centred approach. She enjoys ideas that offer optimistic alternatives to the status quo, such as community gardens and time banks. She has an MSc in Health, Community, and Development from the London School of Economics and a BA in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
