Our Co-CEO, Lisa Grogan has built a career leading highly creative teams across a range of cultural organizations in both Canada and the UK. Her career began in the television industry, which was the perfect springboard for a flourishing career in Communications. Lisa has held a variety of senior leadership positions, including as Communications Director of the National Media Museum in the UK.
Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Overlap 2011 where she has played a key strategic role to grow the business, including leading Overlap’s expansion into the UK market with a studio in Leeds. As an active philanthropist, Lisa has been a proud member of Unicef Canada’s ‘25th Team’, a ground-breaking initiative involving 60 women from across Canada who joined together to save the lives of the world’s most vulnerable women and children.
I have always believed in the power of relationships. Nothing at Overlap is transactional. We meet people and organizations where they’re at and strive to explore what better means to them. And, we embark on a journey together. It is a true honour for all of us at Overlap to work with incredible people who are driving change in our world.
