Our Chief Operations Officer, Jodi Shanoff, is an engagement professional who has been working with clients in the public sector for over 20 years. Jodi leverages traditional and leading approaches to engagement to help bring decision-makers and their stakeholders closer together.  She has advised clients in various disciplines including health care, energy, law enforcement and labour.  In addition, clients across all government jurisdictions, including federal, provincial and municipal, have benefited from the insights Jodi has distilled from meaningful engagement with important stakeholder groups. Jodi is CAIP (certified analytics and insights professional) and also has over 1,000 hours of qualitative facilitation experience and regularly presents project results to client groups, including executive and Board leaders.

Jodi joined Overlap Associates in 2022 in the Chief Operational Officer role, where she supports client service delivery teams in ensuring consistent and quality client outcomes.
