An Overlap coach helps you expand your knowledge of human-centred design and integrate design practices into your work. Our coaching clients can draw on expert support as they encounter real-life problems. We help our clients better leverage principles for leadership, creativity, and human-centred design in their day-to-day. Many of our clients find that an Overlap coach provides invaluable support as they undertake a specific design or engagement project. Often, people will complete a training session with Overlap, then access coaching to solidify learning outcomes and support ongoing success.
Overlap’s certified coaches work 1:1 or in small groups with organizational leaders by asking questions and introducing frameworks and exercises to support them to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. Coaching content may relate specifically to the implementation of HCD or Agile, or may be personal in nature. The various types of coaching we offer are:
